Take care of your feet, so that your roots are firm, lovingly supported by Mother Earth
Our feet bear every step we take, every movement and effort, they support us for many hours throughout the day and connect us to the earth. They symbolically represent our roots.
Psychophysical stability also depends on their health. They are an extremely complex and important part of our body which we must take care of, but they are often forgotten, for this:
It is important to take care of your feet!
Padabhyanga produces relaxing effects on the lower limbs and the benefits are propagated, since the feet are in close connection with the whole body. It relaxes the mind and reactivates energy.
The entire human body is "projected" on the soles of the feet.
Ayurvedic foot massage (Padabhyanga) is a natural manipulation technique that does not replace conventional medicine but supports it, exploiting the correlations that bind the points of the foot, extremely rich in nerve endings (72,000), to the internal organs and to the different parts of the body. By stimulating these reflex points, Padabhyanga can act on our body on the nervous, endocrine, immune and circulatory systems.
Carefully massage the sole of the foot, it is useful to create a harmonious flow of Prana, energy that flows throughout the body and mind, stimulating the regular activity of all organs and the psyche by flowing harmoniously through the Nadis (channels) from below upward; it is very pleasant, relaxing and invigorating, it brings a significant benefit also on a psychic and emotional level.

The manual skills of this treatment are performed with delicate pressure, rubbing, acupressure, circular spiral movements, brushing, kneading, small twists and stroking up to the calf.
In the sole of the foot, some very important Marma points are located, and they have a connection with the Doshas. They are stimulated with gentle pressure. The duration of the treatment can vary from 30 to 50 minutes.
